OPENING HOURS
The Surgery’s Opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

For urgent medical attention please phone the surgery on 447 6277 during the day or 08454 24 24 24 at night and at weekends. If the surgery is closed, a recorded message will give instructions for contacting a doctor.
OPEN SURGERIES
There are Open surgeries Monday to Thursday from 1.30pm – 3.00pm.
There will always be one doctor taking the open surgeries, but when needed, a second doctor will assist too.
To see a doctor at an open surgery, simply come to the surgery before 3.00pm. If you feel that you need more time to discuss your problem with the doctor, we recommend that you make an appointment in a booked surgery with the doctor you wish to see.
EMERGENCY OPEN SURGERY
There is an open surgery on Friday from 1.30pm – 3.00pm for Emergencies only. This is for problems that cannot wait until the Monday/following week. Only one doctor is on for the afternoon and will not be assisted.
BOOKABLE SURGERIES
Surgeries by appointment are held on weekday afternoons. All surgeries other than the open surgeries and baby clinic are by appointment only.
SURGERY CLOSURES
The Surgery is closed for some local public holidays and bank holidays. Notices will be displayed in the surgery well in advance of the closures.
The surgery may be closed for telephone calls on a Wednesday between 12pm and 1pm to allow reception staff to receive training. At these times routine calls are not taken.
The surgery may be closed for all staff and GPs to attend training on the specific Wednesday afternoon’s. Notices will be displayed well in advance of the closures.
